Meet the team
Kelly G. Combs is a Texas attorney, West Texas native, and founder of Combs Law, PLLC in Austin. After earning his undergraduate degree, Kelly lived abroad for several years before returning to Texas to complete his MBA and begin his professional career in the Permian Basin. His early work as a paralegal introduced him to litigation, real estate, wills, and estates. That experience ultimately led him to pursue his law degree at The University of Texas School of Law, where he served on the Journal of Law and Technology at Texas and completed more than 100 hours of pro bono service through the Mithoff Pro Bono Program.
Since becoming an attorney, Kelly has represented individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil and commercial disputes. His experience includes bankruptcy, consumer matters, real estate disputes, and probate-related litigation. Today, his practice focuses on estate planning, probate, guardianship, and related estate and fiduciary litigation. He brings a litigator’s perspective to his work while maintaining a personal and hands-on approach to helping clients protect their families, property, businesses, and legacies.
Kelly has remained active in the Austin legal community through the State Bar of Texas, Austin Bar Association, Austin Young Lawyers Association, and Young Men's Business League
